Wendy Muller instructs the following:
  • Sculpt Yoga Level 2
  • Sculpt yoga level 2 is a total body workout designed to sculpt every major muscle group by combining yoga postures with weights, cardio and plyometrics. This class is practiced in the heat (98 degrees) and adds more cardio and plyometrics than our level 1 class. Sculpt Yoga is a great compliment to your regular yoga practice.

  • Vinyasa Yoga Level 1
  • An unheated class suitable for all levels and ideal for beginners.  The sequences will help you build strength and flexibility.  The focus is on linking breath with movement as you move through the postures.  This class is moderately paced so you will learn the fundamental yoga postures to set you up for a successful yoga practice.
